#fullmonzo extension

Built on the existing hashtag called #fullmonzo where people were instigated to post using this hashtag when they have Monzo as a primary account. Strategy is to promote the idea of #fullmonzo with a reward system much like BF Skinner's (1983) operant conditioning theory. The people who have a #fullmonzo post along with a minimum monthly balance of  £25000 in their accounts will get a free card customized however they would like it, with images and colours of their choice and a #fullmonzodiamond tag with special assistance and random gift vouchers from the next year onwards.
